Use the question mark icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen to visit your Help Center. This Help Center is designed to help you get started and to seek support in regards to your dashboard. This Help Center is not meant to provide you financial advice. Use the articles in the the Help Center and watch videos on how to get started using your dashboard for adding financial and goals, using the collaboration tools like the vault, and how your dashboard is meant to provide you financial advice with its multiple dashboard views. You can also access guides that guide you through the dashboard on how to perform key functions like adding accounts and goals and opening and transferring accounts.

How do I open a support ticket?

What if you need technical help or have a question about the dashboard? Use the Submit A Request button to seek technical support. You can use this button when you have an issue linking a financial account or adding a goal, for example.

How do I get immediate Chat Support?

If you have any immediate needs, use the online chat system to speak to a technical representative who can answer questions about how to use your dashboard. The chat is not meant to be used to seek financial advice.
